The notarial act fee is set by state rule. Everything else is declared separately and is never labeled as a notarial fee.

Electronic notarization
Acknowledgment or jurat with a New York electronic notary, by real-time video with a recording of the complete act.

Signer outside the United States
Same notarial act and same fee. The notary must obtain on the recording your confirmation that the document has a connection to the United States.

Apostille
It is issued by a government authority, not by us. It is a separate process, with physical custody of the original and its own accounting.

Business and API
Recurring cases, templates, teams and consolidated billing. It opens when our own flow is stable and measured, not before.
- Not allowed
Remote ink notarization
New York has not allowed it since 31 January 2023. We do not offer it and will not while the rule stands. We say it here so you do not waste time looking for it.
